Web Design in Bangkok for SME Businesses
Last updated 16 September 2026
TumWebSME builds websites for businesses across greater Bangkok — the city itself plus Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom and Samut Sakhon — written entirely in custom code rather than WordPress or a template. Our office is on Ramkhamhaeng 82 in Bang Kapi, minutes from the outer ring road and the motorway, so clients can meet us there, have us come to their office or plant, or work with us online. Our packages are published in the price table below.
A typical business website takes about 4–8 weeks from requirements to launch, depending on page count and integrations. Every site is structured so Google and AI search engines can read your business details from day one, and our team keeps supporting it after handover.
Why a Bangkok business website has to work harder
Bangkok is the most crowded market in Thailand. One district can hold dozens of businesses offering the same service, and customers often start on Google Maps or ask an AI assistant which option is closest. The site that wins is the one that answers practical questions fastest: opening hours, parking, the nearest BTS or MRT station, and a starting price.
Most of those searches happen on a phone, often in transit. A slow page or text you have to zoom into gets closed before the phone number is seen, so we design for mobile first and scale up to desktop.
- Location, directions and parking written as text Google can read, not buried in images
- Tap-to-call, LINE and map buttons that work straight from a phone
- Separate service pages per customer group, each able to rank for its own searches
- Structured data that tells Google where you are, when you open and what you offer
Greater Bangkok: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon
Businesses in Rangsit, Bang Yai, Bang Phli, Mahachai or Salaya almost all search for "Bangkok" — their suppliers, staff and customers sit inside the same metropolitan economy. So we cover them from this page rather than splitting it by province. The work itself does differ, though: greater Bangkok is not simply the city spilling outwards, it is industrial estates, wholesale, logistics and fast-growing residential corridors.
Nonthaburi and Pathum Thani are where housing is expanding along the transit lines and trunk roads — the purple line through Bang Yai and Rattanathibet, the pink line along Khae Rai and Chaeng Watthana, and the Rangsit–Lam Luk Ka–Khlong Luang corridor. The businesses growing there are neighbourhood services: clinics, restaurants, schools and tutoring centres, car service, building supplies, and everything that lives off the universities and student housing around Rangsit. Their customers search by the local name of the area, not by province, so those names have to appear as text on the page rather than only on a map image.
Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom are a different job. Samut Prakan holds the Bang Pu estate, the Thepharak and Pu Chao corridors, and the logistics cluster around Suvarnabhumi at Bang Phli. Samut Sakhon — Mahachai — is the seafood, cold-storage and export-processing centre. Nakhon Pathom runs food and agricultural processing along the Borommaratchachonnani–Nakhon Chai Si corridor out to Salaya. Here the buyer is a company, not a consumer: they search by product, process or certification, then use your website to decide whether you clear the bar before they will send an enquiry at all.
- The area names customers actually use — Rattanathibet, Chaeng Watthana, Rangsit, Lam Luk Ka, Bang Phli, Thepharak, Mahachai, Salaya — written as readable text
- Directions written from the visitor’s side: which station, which ring-road or motorway exit, which side of the soi, how many parking spaces
- For plants and exporters: a full English site with capability lists, capacity and the certifications overseas buyers screen suppliers on
- For wholesale and logistics: pages split by product or service line, with a quote form that captures volume, destination and terms the first time
- Structured data that claims the whole metropolitan service area, not just the office address
Bangkok work we have delivered
Published Bangkok projects include Everyday Cat Hotel in Silom–Sathorn, PRYM Brunch & Bar in Bang Rak with a bilingual site and digital menu, and a student academic-status tracking system for King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, delivered with hands-on staff training. Each one came with an admin panel so the owner’s team can update content without waiting on a developer.
Questions to ask any Bangkok web agency
Bangkok agencies range from template sites to large system builds, and a cheaper quote is not always cheaper once yearly costs are added. Get written answers to these before you sign:
- Who owns the source code and the domain, and can you move them later?
- What do hosting and maintenance cost after year one?
- How are extra pages or features priced in future?
- Can you see live projects and speak to their owners?
