Collection of Personal Data

We collect personal data via forms such as name, email, and phone number when you choose to provide them so our team can contact you about our services. Collected data is securely stored following data protection standards.

What we store when you send a form

When you send the contact form or the demo-access form, we record that request as one Lead. It holds:

your name, phone number and email; the demo-access form also stores your LINE ID and the product type you are interested in
the page you sent the form from, the first page of your visit, the site that brought you here, ad click ids (Google, Meta) and campaign tags (utm)
device type, operating system, browser, language, screen size and time zone
approximate location (country, region, city), worked out by our hosting provider from the connection

We do not store your IP address.

What we store with analytics cookie consent

If you consent to the "analytics" cookie category, we store how you first and most recently arrived (source, campaign, landing page), how many visits you made, days since your first visit, up to the last 10 pages you viewed in that visit, the time you spent before sending the form, and the Google Analytics client and session ids. Without that consent, none of this is collected.

Where we keep it

In our own database (PocketBase, operated by Superdev) and in a copy in the Google Sheet our sales team uses to follow up. For a demo-access request, the Sheet also holds the demo-shop Visitor code (valid 3 days), so we can help if you cannot get in.

Why we keep it

To reply to your request, to follow up as a sales team, and to understand which pages and channels bring enquiries.

Data Retention

Your contact details (name, phone, email and LINE ID), together with your Google Analytics client and the demo-shop access code, are deleted 12 months after the Lead is created, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep them under the contract. The remaining fields do not identify you and stay for statistics. If you want your data deleted earlier, contact us via LINE or email using the channels on this website.

Data Protection

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Advertising Measurement (Conversion Measurement)

If you contact us after finding our website through online advertising, we may share your contact details (such as phone number or email) in one-way encrypted form (SHA-256 hash) with advertising providers such as Google, solely to measure advertising effectiveness. The shared data cannot be reversed to its original form and is not used for any other purpose. You may request that we stop this processing at any time by contacting us through the channels on this website.

Your information will not be used for purposes unrelated to our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except for advertising measurement as described above.
